I'm sorry for leaving dA without notice for a month...
and letting my first sign of activity be another journal |D

but things have not been going so well
and I've just had a bit of free time this week so I figured I might as well update this

so mainly, it's just school and stress and some more of the two
I just finished the AP Chinese exam so that's a huge load off my back
_{though honestly, I think I really did not do so well}

and well, literature is killing me with essays and skits and projects, oh my!
I could go on forever about this.

Perhaps, more importantly, I've been slightly afraid of dA.
Afraid of the growing number of messages in my inbox that I haven't read, or deviations I haven't looked at...
Afraid most of how dA is how affecting my art.
I was becoming way too obsessed with pageviews and counting the views my deviations received, to the point I was thinking if people would like this on dA while I was doing art.

I needed a break. And so I took one.
I've cleared my inbox of the hundreds of deviations and messages, and I feel ready to start again.


I hope to be posting more art up as time allows, and summer comes along.
